Simone has over 25 years experience as an Account Director and Project Manager. She joined Y&R and then moved to Leo Burnett and then Mattingly before starting a long and varied career at Adventure.
During her time there, the agency reinvented itself as Loud, where she rose to the position as Group Account Director. Along the way, she studied marketing, increasing her value to the clients.
This constant evolution of the company had a very positive effect on her career in that it exposed her to all the disciplines of a full service agency – mainstream media, digital & direct, multi-cultural comms, even a specialist unit directed at Baby Boomers. It also gave her experience across categories like FMCG, banking, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, entertainment, education, government and public service, technology, cosmetics, sport, automotive, and tobacco.
Simone also spent three years in various marketing roles at American Express, so she has hands-on knowledge of the corporate world and a strong understanding of the business from a client's perspective.

John 'Reg' Ruggiero.
John, better known to the industry as 'Reg', has earned the reputation of being one of Australia's most experienced and respected television producers.
He started his production career at Fortune Advertising before joining the legendary Mojo. As TV, Cinema, and Radio Producer he enjoyed the company's heyday period and could not have found a more intense training ground for his chosen path. In 1986 he decided to go it alone and set up 'It's A Wrap'. The company has been an outstanding success with his roll call of clients, directors, and post-production houses reading like a who's-who of Australian and International Advertising .
At last count, Reg had produced commercials for over 120 major brands, too many to show here. Morph is an opportunity for him to continue his work within a business model that reflects the direction the industry is now heading.
Wayne has over 30 years creative experience under his belt with renowned agencies such as Mojo, O&M, Clemenger, DMB&B. Up until 2017, he spent 20 years as executive creative director and partner of Oddfellows Dentsu.
Always a hands-on creative, Wayne wrote and produced dozens of campaigns for Toyota which helped the brand attain and maintain its position as Australia’s number one for car sales.
